About This Show
PMS and the Hot Flashes originally performed as The Colonists, the first all-girl band in RVA, from 1966-1977. They reunited in 1998 as PMS and the Hot Flashes (for obvious reasons) until 2001. Like bad pennies, they’re back again with a repertoire filled with great songs from the 1960 s to today, including favorites from James Brown, Credence Clearwater Revival, and Travis Tritt to name a few.
